I am Lego Batman. I want to be Catwoman or Bat Girl but I’m not. According to the tiny one I’m Batman and since it was his birthday not too long ago and they are his toys I have decided to indulge him. I am Batman. Truthfully It’s kind of nice to get to be the super hero. I can save the day. I can change the world. I can really make a difference in the lives of minifigures. The world can be at peace and everything can be perfection and light. Unfortunately the real world isn’t like that.
Right now in this world there are people who are struggling. People who need us, the everyday kind of people to help out and make a difference in their lives. The people of South Sudan are hungry in ways we cannot even imagine. We may not be there to help in person but that doesn’t mean we can’t make a difference. We can reach out and help out if we are able. With support from the Government of Canada through the Canadian Foodgrains Bank donations to help support these families are being matched 4:1. This means for every dollar we contribute, five dollars of programming can take place.
